Hi, it would be great to enforce voting "change map" before voting "random map" somehow

The best would be detecting if a player has a current in race time superior to half of the average map finish time or something

Like if the current map has an average finish time of 1 minute and I'm 30 seconds in, people cant vote "random map" directly because i'm far
