There are some issues registration of some names that include special chars, because of encoding. I'll fix it in the evening, so far write me in PM in case of any problems
1. country flags are buggy now
2. eye emote change is buggy since a long time
3. player info request is buggy since a long time
4. still only 3 GER server, we need MUCH more

koks, we use flag so far to validate if player is registered or not. We now have accounts which is on Beta testing. If you register then you'll be able to change Country flag. (This is made on purpose during beta testing).
As for changing info - we set up a very big delay (1 minute as far as I remember). We also were thinking about deleting change info messages, but we didn't.
and about more GER servers , you onec said in the forum you have the resources.. is this still a thing? e.g. playing with russians we use GER servers, since we all dont lag there.
And many ppl have laggs on FR server
can you make a poll on the forum or something. because i talked to alot of players and most ppl agreed that FR servers aren't very good(at least not for germans)
I don't understand the eye delay. Is it bad for Server to be able to change it so often? Also I am wondering what players asked you to increase delay XD

As for ger/fr servers. For me personally both Sometimes lag, Sometimes dont. But since i am playing a lot with gud rus dimitris)), we Always Play an ger because its located closer to rus and they have 20 better Ping there

Oh also 1min delay on voting after joining a Server. Its fine if there some players on there, but If there is Just 1 or 2 afk, its a Bit annoying to wait :-(
Also 15sec between votes. Between map and map Vote ok, but If you Vote difficulty (Main hard etc) still need to wait 15sec to Chose a map. It's not much. But still smth you could improve if U find time
