Wish this was 50 instead of 5, but again, thank you for all the fun I've had, I can say that even though on DDnet it says i've been playing for 5 years, I started even before that, just that I couldn't finish a single map :D (And had a name i can no longer remember) . I can honestly say that I grew up with this game and you made all of this possible. Good job spotting such a superb opportunity to implement such a well made gamemode. It strikes a perfect balance between easy to learn mechanics and an insanely high skill ceiling. This game gave me endless experiences laughing, lagging and raging, trying over and over again and getting better every time, looking up to the biggest pros and thinking that I could someday become that pro. I remember thinking brutal maps were impossible, moderate maps were super super hard, and novice maps to be my cup of tee ;). It all started with Kobra, which i used to play over and over again and was scared to play anything else. When I got better I slowly switched to moderate maps and when I beat my first Aim map I didn't even think twice before choosing brutal maps on the server list as my preferred choice of map :D. It's been quite a journey and I hope you still have the motivation to keep it going for as long as you can! I assume you've had many stories of people going through the same stages of learning, improving and becoming pro, but it is a genuine experience. Making connections with random players who are there for the ride when you try to beat a map, trying to communicate with symbols like shooting the pistol and emotes. Going back if you see one of your new found buddies stuck behind. It really is phenomenal, it feels like you make a connection which doesn't depend on knowing each other personally, you can share kindness and work together towards a common goal. I remember thinking 1000 points was impossible to get and only the pros had 1000 or more points, and when I finally did it felt so satisfying. It's like a personal achievement, something you can claim to have reached on your own and with your own skill *ofcourse that also includes the friends who join you on that journey towards becoming a better player. I'm grateful man and I hope you are safe during this pandemic. Keep it up and don't lose track of the things that bring you joy. I know for one you made someone's day a little bit happier knowing there's such a simple yet great game to experience out there. (Alone, with friends or with new people across the planet :D)
