for every tile with a hookthru next to it you can change all tiles which have 4 hookthru neighbours to hookthru, then go thru and remove any hookthrus that effect nothing

Ngl I like the spiky ball approach more than the skull, not sure what game it reminds me off but it for sure has a nice touch!

just a note, technically death tiles are smaller then a tile, like 1/6th on each site

there are even asets to "help" in gameplay by showing real hitboxes

the concept breaks down at some tiles, because you are only hitting them if the middle of of your Tee is hitting them, like freeze
