Pretty good! But here are my takes:

I think the modulo explaination should be between Random Rule and Default Condition Rule, to make it more concise to read. NoLayerCopy and NewRun feel like finishing notes, and having it loop back to what's inside an Index rule feels a tiny bit jarring
Not sure how else we would do this bit the explaination kinda feels inconsistent with the other syntax things. Again, no idea how I would change it, so it's good for now.
