this is just a constant on any Linear map, blockers here and here. and reporting it is just pointless cause they fight amongst eachother, and switch who is blocking, and dont keep on for contious periods long enough to get banned. but 90% of the linear servers i join something like this is going on very often

I never understood how they sit on a RACE Map all day and do this - idunno we already have multeasy and Kobra playground, as well as CLB and blmap blocker servers
