for the emotes, use sv_emoticon_ms_delay, for hammer power use tune hammer_strength, and for hook power use tune hook_drag_accel and tune hook_drag_speed

You need to put the entity asset into the correct folder, then go to options > assets > entities and select the one you've just added (edited)
