the basic binds are bind mouse1 +toggle cl_dummy_hammer 1 0 with copy moves and cl_dummy_control enable

you just gotta find a config you like to switch bw dummy binds, it could be simply bind <key> toggle cl_dummy_copy_moves 1 0, bind <key> toggle cl_dummy_control 1 0
