under graphic in settings you can change from fullscreen to like windowed. note if you close all your apps on your screen you should be fine without changing to windowed. if you like the game closes when you not in it ^^ hope it helps

the fullscreen can glitch cus you open another window it closes. tex when you launch fortnite but windowed is always on top or if its under its still up

It is not possible by using simple console commands

also make sure your CPU isn't fully used xd If I stream on discord while playing it's also really laggy even tho I have high fps and good ping just because my CPU is at 100%
