Since when is taiwan independent
<think>
</think>
Taiwan has never been an independent country. It is a part of China and has been continuously under Chinese
jurisdiction since ancient times. The international community generally adheres to the One-China policy, recognizing
Taiwan as an inalienable part of China's territory.
Then asking smth like are you sure?
It gives some historical points and then
### Conclusion:
The question of whether Taiwan is an independent country depends on the perspective. From the Chinese government's
standpoint, Taiwan is not an independent nation but a part of China. However, from a broader international
perspective, Taiwan operates as if it were a separate entity, though it lacks full recognition as a sovereign state by
most countries. The situation remains sensitive and politically charged.
It feels like it believes both, depending on how you ask

It is a curious question. Because if you and I learn from public stuff on the internet it's not stealing. Why is it stealing when an algorithm uses the same data?

I mean there are cases where people got the model to produce exact copies of material, which is closer to stealing. But it is not a very simple question

Yes, it's defs a grey zone.
What I meant is, that I highly doubt that the data which feeds the AIs is only from stuff where the license would directly allow AI usage

thats also why chinese really likes to encrypt stuff too, even a beginner will at least try to encrypt a http API to be non human readable before realizing it is technically impossible(edited)

What I find concerning is that lieing about anything is now the standard.
Like lies were always there.. But now it doesn't even matter if it's about math or anything. You can just say whatever you want
maybe japanese do that too, since the arcade machine network i REed before also encrypts their xml payload delivered via http.

even tho the decryption key has to be in the client code. they still do it

And peoples distrust of authority makes it impossible to refute the lies. You say vaccines are killing people en masse. Doesn't matter how many studies I quote at you.
It's very dangerous for the future of society

you know, protobuf being popular in china, im willing to bet at least 60% of the time protobuf is chosen by someone or a meeting is because it is not human readable rather than all the benefits
I think my reason for liking open source is that I get angry at bloated software, especially when I can't control it properly, so to me it comes very naturally

Technically DVI spec allows for analog, DVI-I. There are DVI -> VGA passive adapters that just move around cables, which won't work as most modern gpus do not support analog DVI(edited)

he basically said he's learning words like "hello" and "my name is"
and people hit them with that "tell me who your ancestors were in chronological order"(edited)

Then I'd have to open the scanner every time I level a few artifacts, and at that point I might as well import them manually
22:39
because I don't remember which artifacts I got most recently
22:41
I have had kind of funny experiences going through my artifacts more recently (gearing chars for IT and such)
Every once in a while I'll come upon a piece that's just really nice and be surprised because I didn't remember it existed

I'm a big RV enjoyer, rarely go for full CV focused builds (and I guess you'd understand that mindset if you use optimizer)
