Steps i did: 1. Deactivated all apps at auto start 2. Deleted adrenaline software and installed AMD pro driver 3. Deleted gamebar 4. Went for a walk at a lake nearby 5. Tried OpenGL and also Vulkan 6. Cried in tee emotes

i mean if the fps numbers stay good maybe its your screen/cable that has issues to keep up and thats not represented in fps

just a wild guess, but i have had screen issues before and it helped to not run it at max hz (edited)

you should not use pro drivers. sometimes it's as simple as restarting windows over the "Restart" button to clear caches

but did you do the restart over the button in windows? that's the difference pro drivers are often very outdated. they are intended for ppl that work with gpus, e.g. for image processing. Their drivers are also more focussed on the compute aspect of gpus

in my experience they are often slower and less stable for gaming

i second this, adrenaline should in theory not be at fault if you keep it up to date (stable, not beta). do you have discord's and steam's overlay disabled? can you try disabling hardware acceleration for discord? i vividly remember having similar issues, tho my hardware was much worse back then so i thought that's the main issue - disabling hardware accel for discord fixed it (and a few other things kek

i pressed the restart manualy with my finger on the mouse and no change
