It's a veto system - yes it's decently bad but there hasn't been that one suggestion on how to fix it

It's mostly bad on full servers, 60p server, 15 afk, 5 not afk flagged but on toilet, 10 people not caring and there is no way a single vote can go through

let's just allocate one mod per server

One mod per 60 players, already cheaper :) And I'm sure we can totally have that many mods online at all times, no problem
