No, that was not what I was asking.
I asked why russians come to DDNet's discord server to complain, when most block servers are not related to DDNet at all?

some of the card is time sensitive like checking if you are staying late(edited)

so timezone is considered. and probably very hard to make it right for everyone. i could just take the system timezone but caching needs to be changed a bit
