Audio-Technica AT2020 is my go-to microphone under 100€ - sounds amazing if setup correctly which is easy to do.
and then some gimmicks you might need/want:
XLR cable (a longer one)
Pop filter
Shock mount
and a Microphone stand, i recommend something like the K&M 23850 for a microphone arm you'd just plug on the side of your desk (edited)Solo

(no need to think about it that much) for voice-overs - it basically only allows input properly from a single direction which basically cancels out most background noise
