Hello I've just started making a ddrace map inspired by sunny land, you can tell by the name. I've made some KoG maps before but this is the second ddrace map that I make because I did not finish the first one. This map is obviously not finished, I've just started it but it would be appreciate if someone can give me a small review to see if the map would get declined and to improve.

parts are boring, youre missing unfreeze in alot of places, and you use checkpoints instead of normal teleports for no reason whatsoever

checkpoints should be used when you want one teleport tile to bring people into separate spots

unless you have so many teleports that using checkpoints gives fps boots due to not having to render so much text

i think its honestly personal preference as long as you're using good practices for cps

yes, checkpoints allow for more cheats, but normal tp's sometimes throw your game if you accidentally fall into a previous tp

it's a nuanced tradeoff that i think the guidelines don't exactly capture 🤓☝

Please, who can make an automap(.rules) so that it works well with this picture and there are only 2 points 1. Place 1 solid block of the frieze texture wherever there is a block of the frieze from the "game" category 2. Remove all the frieze textures that are on the map Please help, anyone who understands this! (edited)
