rcon is basically an admin panel, you can access it with F2 but requires password. can be done on lan server

in practice you are unable to get rank but you can use stuff like infinite jumps, laser, endless hook etc

or if you want infinite jumps on without these just see if the map has inf jump tile

i think maps are always writting to the config directory u can overwrite that, but it would affect your settings too

its your local directory, i'm 75% sure it can also read the data(?) directory (e.g the directory where the .exe sits in) which for steam would be steamapps/roaming/DDRaceNetwork - but that's about it using that path is suboptimal tho, updates, while unlikely are capable of borking it (edited)
