Can i delay the weapon tele to? So for example i shoot in weapon tele with Grenade, and the shot comes out of tele to after 10 seconds?

ah you can't change grenade_speed after a projectile is created

you would only be able to do limited parts with it, it's not the right effect

not sure wep tele is needed though the tune gets most of the way there
