Since the renaming of GER10 to GER1 i randomly get hard lag/timeout on GER1, which only resolves if i disconnect completely. Before GER10 was my go to server and i never had problems Edit: Happens on GER2 too, but not on other servers (edited)

This is probably related to DoS attacks, but maybe @Davide has another idea ^
