He just simply uses a VPN to bypass the ban, if the person is breaking the rules you can #✉-create-a-ticket

The faking and trolling rules don't get enforced too much, for minor rule breaking that involves the chat, you should just use the client's mute feature; to permanently mute a specific person(name) you can press F1 then type add_foe NAME (edited)

pipou scheduled the map when it was unfinished and catseye had 2 days time to finish it because it was declined for the event before. pipou scheduled the map when people complained about his maps, not when people complained about the decline.

i'm not sure it's possible to limit with the screen because it's a square, but you can use cl_mouse_max_distance it will give more space for the cursor, and maybe with huge distance it took the screen for the limit (default is 400)

I mean, when using this command, the radius just increases, and if possible, you can move the cursor a huge distance out of sight. I assumed that this could be possible somehow (when spectating "mokou" in the new update, I saw just that the cursor stops at the edge of the screen, but goes beyond the boundaries of the circle) Or maybe it really can't be possible yet, and it's just an spec update bug or something like that. (edited)
