i think its because theres "Novice" in search by default, so top 20 servers are all novice multeasy/linear. my dummy has clan "Novice" and it makes way more people join than usual (edited)
I think it lacks a bit of separation between foreground and background, try ensuring that there's an obvious difference in both saturation and brightness. I'd say make the tiles just a hint darker or the background just a little bit paler

A lot of 1x1 block at the top doesnt look that good (but cool idea with leaves)
Bottom part with a mix of sizes is better but I think its best to leave only a thin layer with bricks while leaving the rest empty or filling it with some other color
