That'll also change your ninja skin but you can't really do any better than that without using a modified client

There should be a bunch of skin files there unless you have skin downloads disabled...

either a map has the entity for that somewhere in the world you can pick up, or you're in /practice mode and can use the chat command /grenade

practice mode means, you need to be in a team with /team 1-64 and all players in the team need to say /practice practice means you cannot finish a map, you cannot gain points, and your time and rank will be lost when you execute it in the middle of a map

im literally so annoyed i did /team 1 and after that /practice and it says i need to join a team

you can only join a team when you didnt start the race yet, so kill yourself with k or /kill - then you can join a team and enter practice mode
