you can't do it ingame. You need to take that respective game.png and edit it in gimp/krita etc and make the outlines thicker there

Go into the settings, click "Tee" then write the name of the skin in the field to the left under "Your skin:" ... It'll auto download the skin from the database. It's case-sensitive
