@meloƞ@Learath2 dough a lot better, but still quite a lot left before I could call it good, is it possible to add spices to the dough? and at what stage? when mixing flour with yeast or after rising?

i only added salt and and sugar like in learath recipe (no salt in recipe)
you can add dry ingredients like herbs and spices immediatly into the dough
for wet ingredients, you want to fold them into the dough before rising, so you dont mess up water ratio on accident

@meloƞ You might be asleep, but can I prepare entire ubn (with filling) and uncooked throw into the fridge, then tomorrow take out, let it rise, and cook it? or will it be tasteless crap
