in the main folder there outside of the maps make a new file and call it autoexec_server.cfg and put 1 line in it that says "sv_rcon_password password"

or the console that opens when you start the server should tell you the password it generated

then open rcon by pressing f2, type in the password, and do change_map linear (edited)
