How to play with friends on the same server without steam

Each server has an ip written at the bottom of server list when you click on it or in the info when you join Just send that to your friend and they can join it by typing it in server browser

When I looked on my client for ger3 I only saw a DEV Ger3 which needed a pw. (Hence my conclusion) That's why just after I said that I wasn't looking at the same servers :p

There was a bug before. Afaik it's getting fixed. And removing the ranks was just one of the steps (probably).
