psuedo tiling similar to that on windows suffices most peoples tiling needs for those that have them (and can be done on most wms tiling or not) terminals are just that, and if youre not a rice-aholic any terminal is fine, i used st for a long time. I gave it up on a whim where pretty much the only functional difference between st and kitty was the font support flatpak sux ): nix sux ): planes, traines and automobiles are also cool. so is nature and literally anything else. vesktop/vencord/betterdiscord/etc like breaking every so often, if you dont need more than discord you dont need them. if you use the web client then you can add css like that 4/10 review (edited)

Can /invite as well, if you want to lock before everyone's in, if people you don't want keep joining your team. usually, your router wouldn't port-forward your server to the public, meaning your public ip is not connectable, simply it blocks all connections, because it's not being set up in your router. They recommend you to go to a DDNet server and join a team there, but I recommend making a Trashserver, hosted by Timakro. (edited)

A trashserver has a dashboard where you can easily change configurations, that may be important to the hoster. It's a temporary but effective solution.

well.. you cant connect to a port which isnt listening, unless something goes realllllly wrong. no matter where the message stops its the same amount of attack surface, having it at the router level were software is more "trusted" might be an idea but with routers being botnetted for being hacked thats not ... that true. firewalling, that is blocking certain ports, i think is only useful for when (excluding blatant misconfiguration) non global lan (its a thing people want to do), and ddossing, where the router will probably die before a computer will
