upd - All tune commands of velramp type are parts of the formula that calculates the player's movements both X and Y, the formula has a division and if you put 0 in any of the velramps, the player will not be able to move, so change carefully, expecting global changes in the player's movement on the map(edited)

the velocity ramp controls your horizontal velocity. if your velocity exceeds 75 and you try to go even faster you will slow down instead. those 3 tunes determine the function to calculate your horizontal velocity.(edited)

What is mapbug ? Is somewhere a base of different bugs what included in this command?
upd - it's tune that's resurrect 1 specific bug required to complete map , was made only for this(edited)
it's just a speed limit, imagine Tees not living an a vacuum but the air is making them slower
