i had, upon their request, a beginner attempt this map (beginner as in just downloaded it) and they got past the noob filter in 20 tries. the noob filter is WAAAY to easy such that most of the players are ... well noobs. and the amount of choke points means that even without intention to harm, its impossible to play w/o dummy due to not being able to trust anyone to hammerfly or save and even w/ dummy theres too many plp in the way

It's not so much about the noob filter itself, but more about the fact that it's too easy of a spot for blockers, and it's hard to knock them out from there.
