use switch freeze, you can set the freeze time by changing the delay otherwise you can also use the global tune sv_freeze_delay (in seconds)

I think currently the testing team agreed that we only want map reworks on special occasions like christmas events. Coke is not a member of the testing team, so they cannot make decisions about the release. If you finish it quickly, we might consider it for the upcomming event in december

there is no rule against it and if everything works fine we can release it next halloween. not sure how other testers think about the map quality vise.
