You can play alone by joining a /team 1-63 before the starting line, then typing /lock, which prevents you from going back to "team0" which is no team.

You also want a block server? And make it public for everyone?

You can do it with the /spec command, but this varies from map to map. If you open your own server and install the fokkonout plugin and install it on your server, you can be invisible using the invisible command in the rcon console.
