You open the editor and start mapping. :) There are plenty of tutorials on youtube and if you have specific questions you can ask in #mapping.

1. Newer clients use DDNet not Teeworlds 2. It must be inside a subfolder called "audio" 3. Afaik it still must be 16bit per channel & in wv format
