Are Turkey servers really in İstanbul? I live in İstanbul but even GER2 server gives 80 ping while Turkey servers gives 100

Yes, I know its written there like that but normally I should get 5-20 ping but I get 100. Like I said, even GER2 gives 80 ping

The funnier thing is my house is 1-20k away from most datacenters, normally I got 10-20 ping in other games with İstanbul servers (edited)
