does anyone know why borderless window mode is so weird on windows? im trying to get a clip using medal.tv but as soon as i enable borderless window mode with my monitor's resolution, the recording just goes to 10 fps (edited)

actually it just freezes in borderless mode, and goes to 10 fps on any fullscreen mode
