Well these things are extremely subjective. I found the subject matter very innovative and the animation/art was excellent. Evan Call's music was also great. The pacing maybe could use some work but I wouldn't dock more than a point for it

Idk costs associated with it, but I do know amounts and methods. The highly dangerous material produced is very low, in dry storage casks, you can accomodate all the dangerous material a plant will generate over it's lifetime on site. With new breeder reactors we have even less highly dangerous trash. The other stuff is either directly safe enough to dispose normally or will become safe enough in a pool within a set timeframe. I would probably look into the paper a little more and see if a more representative single value can be reached. Working off of just simple averages it is within what I knew except for EVs. I didn't think they would be that bad given the engines themselves are faaar more efficient

Though I can see why. Say the power plant turbines are 40% efficient and you lose 10% in transmission. You are already down to 36%. Another 10-20% loss in the engine and you are there
