I can only understand it because U have long boot time, if i didnt artifically increase mine with dual boot, with bimbows alone my monitor couldnt start transmiting before it was already lockscreen

also perosnally, I think fruit flies fly more of in a loop with sitting on stuff from time to time, so U should actually meet it quite a few times in the span of 20-30 min
Also that site is peak fake digitalization. The website only allows you to submit some documents and print out a filled form which you need to take to the bureau physically
