What do you need the software for? Does the keyboard work good enough without? I see various reports of issues with this software. I don't think we can do much about it, it seems like a problem with the software that you should try reporting to Corsair.

If you do it the way you did it in your video, it should work 98% of the time, maybe try to make yourself go more downwards, probably more consistent It's a mod for a PVP focused game, made entirely from bugs and things you shouldn't be doing, all glued into one beautiful mess. (edited)
