you need to join the server once for the server to know your ping to them - the ping not beeing displayed doesnt have anything to do with you beeing able to connect to the server

but how to join the server in the first place?

depending on the server, if it's a ger10 server you need to whitelist yourself: https://ger10.ddnet.org - if it's a different server you might just want to wait a bit ^^

general is english only, for russian use #off-topic

they should add russian translatted rules (ye ik they will have to add a lot of lang bc they cant only do russian and blahblahblah)

(assuming they have ppl translate the rules) they could have some note in each langauge telling people to react to the message with their flag (rus/chn/etc) and the bot could send a message only they can see with the translated version to avoid spam
