you can change the skin for freeze so you can replace it to ninja skin

you could force part after part with 0.5x speed or you could create 1000 tile tunnels between each part

The best you can do is add categories but it could quickly spiral out of control with "the best Moderate drag map" or "the best jetpack map"

Imo the best solution is to just think about the difficulty you enjoy, enter empty server and go skip some maps until you find something cool
