@VéNa @PapotaV I wrote an 18 line asnwer to what you both wrote and then I realised naaaah. You both are staff members. Your goal is to respect mappers for their work (doesn't matter if its 2hours or 2 months). If you will respect mappers work then mappers will respect you - it can't be simpler.

Respect ? You mean waiting x time before declining a map? We don't put a random decline because the map is new. (edited)

Take care of beginner mappers. All of them want to give something to community (some works are better and some needs lots of more time spended in editor). Your goal is to guide them to give them examples what is not good for todays "standards". Is it that hard to understand ? Just writing that its not interesting or that its shit won't encourage them to try do something more complex. Giving a meaningless decline OR brag about it that you "speedrunned decline" is not a thing that any mapper want to see. but what can I expect from a person that throws a clown emoji under my answer.... ^^
