@Learath2 i told them they don't have to pay me for august, cuz i don't feel like clocking-in. i told them i could sign a waver just to come-in whenever they needed help. i even offered to help off-hours just so i can do something else. they still want me to clock-in normally. HR finally stopped bothering me after I refused to show up on time and they just decided to pay me in full for july and then to tell me that i am required to stay here because they did pay me in full.

looks like they want to keep him as, on demand consultant, and making sure the pay doesnt change, this is way better than getting somone, who doesnt know the project at all, and charges more, but worse than finding new employee
