If you want to play on the servers then just join a server with Linear on it, it will be downloaded automatically

no, I want to launch the map exactly

If you want to have Linear on your own server then 1) join a server with linear on it 2) open your files and go to appdata -> Teeworlds/DDNet -> downloaded maps -> find Linear and move it to the "maps" folder 3) you can now create your own server and select Linear through a vote
