Seems like you can configure the key repeat behavior on Windows. You can test your OS setting here: http://stereopsis.com/keyrepeat/ I have an initial delay of 262ms and repeat rate of 15hz with what should be default Windows settings. I'll eventually have to replicate this behavior also for the touch controls so the touch buttons work like binds.

yes, if you want to make it ez, go on any map you like. open the editor -> load current map -> save as and then name the map as you like

i loaded linear for example but cant do sv_map or change_map

in ur ddnet folder there is a folder 'downloadedmaps' and a folder 'maps'. If you coy all files from the first folder into the maps folder you can vote for any map unever played online on ur local server. Maybe that helps.
