you should be utilizing the shadow, it's supposed to give a heavier outline to the silhouette of the tee

not very good colors, blurry, and doesnt fit with the art style of teeworlds, also the eyes match part of your skin depending on where they are looking

i'd suggest looking at some vanilla-like skins and see what they do, if you are actually interested in learning how to make skins just keep making them and youll learn over time
