Oh im not thinking about cheating but i've heard of StormA or something just wondering if it has some benefits to make the game smoother or more appealing to the eye

if you need more appealing to get better at the game, try them out. generally more features make the game slower

can u simply try to restart your client?

looks like u got unlucky and your dummy uses some port that isnt actually free to use

i sometimes get this when i switch wifi network while having game open, and restarting game fixes it.
