Both dune and heinrich5991 typically don't host servers. These were probably impersonation attempts

hein's usually the one applying master bans afaik

I guess these servers had their names included in their server name? Note that servers can freely choose their name, so if they do smth stupid, they need to be banned

Watch better players and see how they do things, try to learn from your mistakes, the game is mostly about memorizing what works. You can vote unfinished maps with a specific star rating by putting a number in the "reason" field (1-5) try to work your way up through harder maps gradually

Try to figure out ways to make parts more consistent for yourself, jumping helps a lot when trying to move precisely

but yea most of your improvement will just come over time as you play more and more, im sure some of the best players have well over 10k+ hours
