there's no noclip but you can bind teleport or "right/left" commands

use rcon console, super for noclipping freeze/tele/switches/kills, left, right, up, down for passing through solid tiles (can bind any of these commands bind <key> rcon <command>)

also bind <key> rcon tele will teleport you to where you spectating
