Create the ticket again, I think. But if you have problems on DDNet servers, then write it more explicitly, don't mention KoG/gores. In your first ticket it was not clear what you have a problem with, if KoG - then join their Discord. I think one of the admins made a mistake when they closed the ticket, thinking that you have problems with KoG servers.
