with the way skins work you would have to either make the eyes static or completely remove them

Well that shouldnt be a problem if the eyes are static, dunno if there is a way to have like the one eye closed and the other open and then be static.

There is only a picture for one eye and it gets mirrored. You could make one bigger eye that moves
