I was reading mapping rules and it says here that you cant do fake tiles but there is maps like Glassbox 3 and lavender forest that have those. Is this because maps were made before that rule?

depends on your skill set. i'd say Stoned. was pretty easy even back in the days

ye really depends on your skill set these are the brutals with the most finishes, usually a good start

stronghold and grandma are very popular maps, might not be the easiest

i recommentd flux, naufrage (with big team), lotus, all have good gameplay

nostalgia was my first brutal map, it's decently unfaily and super creative, it might be hard to begin with given you need to know stuff about edgehooking, flys and hammerhit (edited)

i recommend playing SUKA maps. not sure, if the brutal ones are good, but they are good at getting into brutal gameplay playing stronghold as 2 players can also help, because you need to learn to hammerhit consistently (edited)

im playing ddnet on fedora and it works on other servers but whenever i join kog servers it either crashes immediately or after playing for 2 min and changing between xorg and wayland doesnt make a difference. Does anyone know how to fix this issue?

did you try to switch the renderer? maybe support for rx 470 isnt that good
