Put the map file in your C:\Users\Skeith\AppData\Roaming\DDNet\maps folder, then start your LAN server by going to the main menu using the green button on the top left, click run server, play, then click the icon next to the earth icon in the server browser menu, you should see your LAN server there

It's a bit more complicated if you want to play with friends, you'd have to portforward, or you can use https://trashmap.ddnet.org/
